We encourage communication between renters and owners to coordinate optional collection, either on the day before or return the day after the official booking period if it suits your needs. We ask that each party be really clear about pick up and drop off times in messages to avoid any confusion. Feel free to discuss and coordinate these optional arrangements with the other party involved to meet your specific needs.
