What time do I need to return my item? 2024 UPDATE

We encourage communication between renters and owners to coordinate optional collection, either on the day before or return the day after the official booking period if it suits your needs. We ask that each party be really clear about pick up and drop off times in messages to avoid any confusion.

Feel free to discuss and coordinate these optional arrangements with the other party involved to meet your specific needs.

It's important that you return the items on time as many of our owners have back to back rentals. Late fees will still apply if the item is returned back to the owner at a later date and time than agreed upon. Owners are entitled to request for late fees, however, we encourage users to work the appropriate compensation out between themselves. We will also help owners enforce the late fees if needed.
