What are Superowners and Experienced Owners?
Experienced Ownders and Superowners are owners on our platform who have a proven track record of successful rentals in the past year. These are owners who you can count on to get back to you in a timely manner on your rental request.
Experienced Owners are owners who have had more than 10 rentals in the past year, respond to at least 90% of messages, accept 70% of rental requests, and receive 5 stars on at least 95% of their reviews.
Superowners are even more experienced, and have had at least 40 rentals in the past year, respond to at least 90% of messages, accept at least 80% of rental requests, and receive 5 stars on at least 95% of their reviews. These stats are calculated and adjusted monthly at the start of each month.
Superowners and Experienced Owners are safe bets for a rental, but every owner has to get their start, so don't be afraid to reach out to new owners as well!
