Why do I need to estimate the value of my items?
When you list an item, we ask you to estimate its value to securely verify the transaction.
Please ensure you set accurate prices, as we can only cover you up to that amount if you need to make a claim under the Owner Guarantee.
Using a proof of purchase or estimated market value, please ensure that the item values you provide are accurate. When listing an item, the value is one of the required fields you must complete before publishing the listing. If you wish to update the value of an already published listing, follow these steps:
Go to your Listings.
Click on the ad you want to update.
Select "Edit ad."
Scroll down to the value field and update it accordingly.
Click on "Update ad" to save your changes.
