Once your form is filled out, you will be assigned a dedicated case manager who will contact you within one working day. They will email you about your case and ask for further information if required.
Please note that a ‘Late-Return’ case refers to the item rented, not being returned to the owner at the arranged time, or beyond the dates booked. Click here for more information.
By renting on Fat Llama and as per our Terms and Conditions, the renter has accepted liability for up to the daily rental fee for each additional day they keep the item beyond the Return Deadline.
Although Fat Llama don’t guarantee this value under the Owner Guarantee, your case manager does promise to pursue this payment from the renter on your behalf should they be found liable.
