What types of cases can a Renter report?

If you are facing an issue with your rental, please report it to our Resolutions Team through the forms below, within 24 hours of your rental end-date. 

We have two forms which can cover issues arising during a rental.

_Item not received_ 

For when you did not manage to receive the item you have booked to rent due to Owner fault.

_Item not working during the rental_

For when the item is not functioning during your rental period. (Please do not use this form if you have caused the damage)

_Item not as described_

For when the item you have booked does not match the description in the item listing.

If your issue does not fall within the categories above, please choose ‘other’ in the form.


_Item cannot be returned_

For when you have not been able to return the item you have rented due to external causes. (Theft, lost in transit etc)
