How to report a Resolutions Case

You will need to fill out a form which is then sent to our Resolutions team and a dedicated case manager will be assigned to you. At the bottom of this page you can find the link to report your case. 

You must report a case within 24 hours of your rental end date.

Owner Forms:

Click here -  to report a Item Not Returned (VALUE UNDER £1000) case

Click here - to report a Item Not Returned (VALUE OVER  £1000) case

Click here -  to report a Item Damaged case

Click here - to report a Late Return case

Renter Forms:

Click here - to report any of the following issues:

Item has not been received

Item was not working during your rental

Item was not as described on the listing

Other general issues

Click here - if you are not able to return the item you have rented due to a third party incident (e.g. theft, lost in transit etc)
