Where do I insert the coupon code?
To register a voucher code, go to this page: https://www.fatllama.com/user/coupons. Enter the code in the code field and click the button labeled "Use voucher." This will update the balance on your Fat Llama account.
If you are using the app, you will find the page for vouchers under "My Profile."
When you pay for a booking, the balance in your account will automatically be applied towards the payment. If the rental cost is lower than your account balance, the remaining balance will stay in your account for future payments or until it expires.
Please note: It is important to register the voucher code to your account before making a payment, as we cannot add a voucher code to a payment after it has been made.
The voucher page also displays the complete voucher history for your account, including a list of all codes added, when the credits were used, and their expiration dates.
If the code is not working, it might be because it is only applicable for first-time users, and you have rental history on your account. If this is not the case and the code still will not register, please contact our customer support team at info@fatllama.com for further assistance.
