Owners: How do I become an experienced Owner or a Superowner?
Experienced Owners and Superowners are Owners who have established themselves as reliable Owners with great customer service.
To earn Experienced Owner status, an Owner must:
Complete 10 rentals or more in the past 12 months
Respond to 90%+ message enquiries
Receive 5 reviews 95% of the time
To earn Superowner status, a owner must:
Complete 40 rentals or more in the past 12 months
Respond to 90%+ message enquiries
Receive 5 reviews 95% of the time
Response rates and acceptance rates are measured over the past 90 days.
Edit your items availability in My Items to accurately reflect the availability of your items. That way, you won’t have to reject requests because of your item being unavailable.
Unable to respond to messages for a few days? Switch to holiday mode to take your items out of search. Both of these will help you keep your acceptance rate high.
Even if you can’t fulfil a rental, politely let the renter know rather than leaving them hanging. This is important to keep your response rate up.
Respond as soon as you can to keep your response time low.
