Can I change the details of an existing Ruckify rental?

If you need to manage an existing Ruckify rental, including changing the dates or details of the rental, a member of our North American operations team will be happy to assist you.

We can no longer make changes to existing Ruckify rentals in the Ruckify system, so this process will involve cancelling and rebooking your rental on the Fat Llama platform, with a special promo code to balance out the fee difference.
