What is a Paused Account? Why has my account been paused?
If your account is Paused, this means that your listings have been temporarily removed from the search function on Fat Llama. Users who have a direct link to one of your listings may still access and request them, but overall your activity will be minimised.
Your account can go into Paused status if you have turned on Holiday Mode, or if you have been inactive on your account for too long.
If your account has been paused but you would like to reactivate it, please email info@fatllama.com and a member of our support team can assist you.
